    Where do we ship to?
    Currently, we ship to the USA and Puerto Rico, with complimentary shipping on orders exceeding $50 USD. While we handle packaging and shipping in-house, transit times vary based on location.

    What is the estimated delivery time?
    Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days, utilizing the quickest available shipping method for your location. Once dispatched, your carrier can provide an estimated delivery time, which may vary based on your proximity. Please account for additional time during peak seasons, and note that postal delays due to factors beyond our control, such as distance, customs, or natural disasters, may occur. Tracking information, including carrier details, is provided with each order, and all orders are insured.

    Will I receive a tracking number?
    Tracking numbers are provided once your order is shipped. Unforeseen delays, such as postal issues, may occur, and we appreciate your patience.

    Lost in the mail?

    If your order encounters customs, transit loss, or return, contact us with the issue and order number. While we can't control the postal service post-shipment, we will assist you within the parameters of our Refund and Return Policy.

    Extended Delays

Remember, as a small business, we can't entirely control shipping post-dispatch, but we're committed to helping however possible.

  • Refund Policy

    Our policy states that all sales are final, unless an error occurred on our part by sending the wrong item or if the item arrives damaged. As a small business, returns and exchanges can incur additional costs for us. Please carefully review product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure accurate expectations.

    If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at obbasuga@gmail.com. Inspect your order upon receipt, and if you discover defects, damage, or an incorrect item, inform us within 3 days, providing pictures to assist in resolving the issue.

    Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for digital drawings, personalized items, or t-shirts. Feel free to reach out if you have concerns about a specific item. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

    Refunds

    For returns, we'll inform you after receiving and inspecting the item, notifying you of the approval status. If approved, a partial refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
